Sports nutrition coaching for women who train seriously, built to help you perform stronger, recover faster, and feel confident in your body.
For a long time, food meant control and restriction, not enjoyment. I've tried nearly every diet out there and worn five different clothing sizes along the way. Through CrossFit, I finally learned what fuel really means: it's meant to make you strong, not something you have to earn.
Train hard. Fuel smart.
Today, I help women build an eating style that fits their training, whether it's CrossFit, running, HYROX, or martial arts, without ever going back to restriction. Looking your best and feeling good in your body matters too, it's just never the starting point: when we focus on how you feel and perform, the aesthetic results follow.
Every recommendation supports how you train, not just how you look.
Flexible, sustainable plans, not another restrictive diet.
Travel, work, cycle changes: plans that flex with your everyday life.
Grounded in sports nutrition research, not trends.
You'll learn why your body needs what it needs, not just what to eat, so you can make the call yourself.
High-protein, full of flavour, and nothing off-limits. A taste of what's ahead once we start working together.
My coaching is for athletes and active people who want their nutrition to support the work they're already putting into their training. Whether you're preparing for competitions, chasing performance goals, or simply want to feel and perform better in training, we'll build a strategy around you, your sport, and your everyday life.
Not at all. You don't need a podium, race calendar, or professional contract to take your training seriously. If performance matters to you and you want your nutrition to match that ambition, you're in the right place.
I primarily focus on female athletes and the specific challenges women can face around fueling, performance, and recovery. However, my coaching is not exclusively for women. If my approach resonates with you, you're welcome to get in touch.
No. My approach is performance-first. We focus on fueling your training, supporting recovery, meeting your energy and nutrient needs, and building habits that work long term. Body composition can be part of the conversation when appropriate, but it isn't the default goal.
Generally, no, and that's intentional. I want you to understand how to fuel yourself rather than depend on a rigid plan telling you exactly what to eat. We'll build practical strategies around portions, timing, food choices, training demands, and your individual needs so that nutrition can work in real life, too.
Not necessarily. Tracking can be a useful tool in certain situations, but it isn't a requirement. We'll decide together what level of structure makes sense for you without making nutrition more complicated than it needs to be.
That depends on your goals. Common areas include everyday sports nutrition, fueling before and after training, carbohydrate strategies, recovery, competition or race-day nutrition, hydration, supplements, gastrointestinal issues around training, and creating a nutrition routine that fits your training schedule and lifestyle.
We start by looking at the full picture: your sport, training load, current nutrition, routines, goals, and the challenges you're experiencing. From there, we identify the areas that will make the biggest difference and turn them into practical strategies you can actually implement.
Definitely not. Good sports nutrition needs to work outside of training, too. There's room for eating out, holidays, social occasions, and foods you simply enjoy. The goal isn't to eat perfectly, it's to know how to fuel well without your entire life revolving around food.
Yes. We can look at whether supplements are actually useful for your goals, what the evidence says, and how they fit into the bigger picture. Supplements should complement a solid nutrition strategy, not replace one.
Yes. Depending on what you need, you can work with me for a focused nutrition consultation or choose ongoing coaching for more individual support, adjustments, and accountability. Feel free to reach out and we will find out what makes sense together.
